Former BCC Players to Perform at Dinner Dance
Ex-Bramhall players, Tom and James Bailey, will be performing with their fellow band members at the Annual Dinner Dance at the Deanwater Hotel on Saturday 8th October. The brothers, with Tom on lead vocals, and James on keyboard form part of the Live-Cover band ‘Undercover’ – playing classic hits from across the decades at a wide range of celebrations, charity events and festivals. You can read all about the band’s success on their website, www.undercoverlive.co.uk
‘Undercover’ will be providing excellent entertainment for all attendees, along with magician Jake Barlow. The guest speaker on the night will be Lucy Pearson – twice England Women’s Cricketer of the Year and Head of Cheadle Hulme School. The dance is a black tie occasion for all club members, their families and friends (16 yrs old and over) and will be held from 6.45pm till late. It will be a great event to celebrate our 125th Anniversary Season and our October Club of the Month award, which is why we urge you to act in the next few days and book!
Tickets, priced at £37.50 for adults and £27.50 if 16 – 21 years can be obtained from the following:

End of Season Social Evening – Saturday 17th September 2011
After the last Saturday league game finishes on September 17th, the club will be hosting a party for all members to come and enjoy in the clubhouse from 8pm. For just £5, you will be treated to a great live band and there will be cocktails aplenty and an opportunity to reduce the amount of drinks in the stockroom ahead of the winter. Gentlemen and ladies are advised to “dress to impress” on what should be a very enjoyable evening, if the recent live music night was anything to go by.

Dear Member,
Bramhall Cricket Club is re-instating its once annual Golf Day this year, to help celebrate the club’s 125th Anniversary.
On Friday May 27th at 1.30pm, Styal Golf Club will host our BCC competition, and we’re inviting all golfing members, their friends and colleagues to take part.
For £35, you’ll get coffee and a bacon roll on arrival, enjoy 18 holes on the excellent Styal course and then have a quick meal when we arrive at the 19th.
In addition, there will be a couple of mini-competitions for the “longest drive” and “closest to the flag” and you will have the chance to win some golfing prizes with a small raffle.
James Day will be pleased to hear back from you, at your earliest convenience, to confirm your attendance. Hopefully, we can all grab a half or full day off and take part in what should be a very enjoyable event. It would also be great to see some guests of members as well.
